You will be prompted to enable Multi-Factor Authentication when you first login to the system (follow the setup instructions on screen). It’s crucial that you do not delete the Authenticator app from your device. This app generates a new code every 30 seconds, which is a fundamental part of the security process. After 30 days, the system will prompt you to enter a code from the Authenticator app for verification purposes. This is a standard security measure to ensure ongoing protection of your account. Deleting the app will remove your access to these codes, which may cause login issues and necessitate a reset of your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings.
